Branding

A bot on Chatness AI can be configured to better represent your brand. You can change the name, logo, avatar, primary color, theme and more. Some of these settings will be used to customize the chat widget, while others will be used to customize the conversations. A good start is to follow the items bellow:

  • Access your bot settings by clicking on the button with your bot initials on the left corner of the screen, then click on the Branding button at the secondary menu.
  • Add a Business Name for your bot, this name will be shown to your users in some places, for example the expanded conversation on chat widget.
  • Add a Support Email for your bot, this email will be used for support escalations, for example when users needs or ask to talk to a human or specialist.
  • Add a Logo for your bot, this logo will be shown to your users in some places, for example the expanded chat widget.
  • Change the Primary Color of your bot, this color will be used to better represent your brand in some places, for example the expanded chat widget.
  • Define the Theme of your bot, this is useful to make your bot more consistent with the place it is being used, for example you can be using a dark theme for your website and a dark theme for your widget at same time, or just let the User's system decide with the auto option.
  • Update the Avatar of your bot, this avatar will be shown to your users in some places, for example the expanded chat widget and conversations.
  • Remove Chatness branding. Only available for paid plans.
  • Optionally add a Call to Action for your bot, this call to action will be shown to your users in some places, for example the expanded chat widget.

If is there anything else you would like to customize, but Chatness AI is not providing, please let us know.
